Welcome 2011 Mexico Team!
This is your first chance to give some feedback. We will use this forum as a way to communicate and hopefully get us thinking so that when we have our meetings, you all will already have some input ready to go when we discuss our book. And our book will be....drumroll please..."Secret Power" by D.L. Moody! I will be looking for contributions from each and every one of you.
Also, hopefully you all will feel free to post things that the Lord is doing in your life, prayer requests, and thoughts on the Mexico team in general. (Keepin' it tasteful though, guys)

regarding the verse, I think it is a great one because although we should never seek to gain the "perishable wreath" or crown, we so easily do just that. We want something in return for our efforts. But the only prize that really matters is waiting for us in heaven. This is a good reminder to always keep our focus up there.
